AI Agents for Everyone: Creating No-Code Assistants in Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot is evolving from a personal assistant into a platform where organizations can create AI agents tailored to their business processes — without writing code. In this session we will explore how no-code agents can be built directly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrated into everyday workflows such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and internal knowledge bases. Through a series of realistic business scenarios, we will demonstrate how organizations can create agents that automate knowledge retrieval, support internal teams, streamline decision-making, and assist employees in daily tasks. We will walk through the design process of these agents, the tools available in Microsoft 365 Copilot, and practical examples including internal helpdesk agents, project assistants, and knowledge management copilots. The session will conclude with a live walkthrough of how a no-code agent can be designed and deployed in minutes.
