Andrea Saltarello

I believe technology only makes sense when it creates real value for people and organizations. Today, I bring this vision to life as the founder of Improove, where we work to strengthen the Italian tech ecosystem through community initiatives, events, and training. I also teach Artificial Intelligence at the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, helping executives and decision-makers understand both the opportunities and the strategic challenges of AI. My journey started in software development: I co-founded UGIdotNET (one of the longest-established Italian communities about software development), authored books, and have spoken at conferences across Europe. Today, I leverage that experience to build bridges between technology and business, to make innovation understandable, accessible, and truly impactful.
